Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Transmitter and receivers are very good. Ear buds are cheap and break easily. I recommend you upgrade to better ear buds. One of mine was DOA. Galaxy sent me a replacement free, but it was DOA too!
Features
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
ease of use, clear sound.
Ease of Use
How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be?
I run sound for a small gospel singing group. You simply select the frequency and channel on the transmitter, match each receiver to it and you're ready to go. Set-up is easy although you cannot rack mount this in a closed rack unless you purchase an antenna extension from Galaxy because antenna mounts on rear of transmitter.
Sound
How is the tone?
Sound is crystal clear, no problems, and you have a volume control on each receiver. If you aren't use to in-ear monitors it might take some getting use to, but the advantages are great, i.e., no lugging floor monitors around, no more feedback, and you can always just use one ear bud and leave the other out if you want more of the ambient sound around you while still being able to hear clearly.
