Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
My only gripe with it is that that the foam is a bit hard and the red velvet is kind of an eye sore.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
I have only had it a couple of days but it has survived the fall down the stairs and a trip across town in the rain. It seems to be pretty reliable for keeping my guitar safe and dry so far.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
I just received this product and got to test out its durability because I managed to fall down some stairs and with it and twisted my ankle. I was messed up but my guitar was fine. The interior foam is a bit hard for my taste but it seems to be to do the trick. I haven't taken it on a plane yet but it seems pretty durable and am pretty confident that my guitar will be safe
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Comfortable handle. Light to carry.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
The molded casing seems pretty solid and it is less than half the price of Gator's bulky wooden ata flight case.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
The latches are built well and it is not awkward to carry around. The lid stays open and doesn't slam down on your fingers. I would say this case has great action.
