Grabber 3 '70s Tribute Electric Bass Guitar
By: Great Lakes Gigger from Allegan, Michigan
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Solid bass, it did have a 1" flaw on the top of the lower bout. Looks almost like the zipper to the gig bag bit into the wood.
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
3 pickups on a bass is sorta unique. Sounds good though.
Your general opinion of this product.
It's a bit heavy, and I don't like the fact Gibson doesn't offer a case for it. I did find a rectangular case made for a Gibson hollow body bass that works. It has a wide body and big headstock, so finding a case was a bit tricky.
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
It can get a nice deep smooth tone or something snappier if you like.
How did the stain or paint job look?
The stain is done well and even. I didn't see issues with quality.
