How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? when I first got the guitar it felt a little stiff. It was good for blues leads and finger picking, but chording felt awkward. I was used to a Martin arch top electric neck and this was wider. now after four years this guitar just gets better and better the more I play it. It still feels better to me as a finger pick or single note, but much of the stiffness with chords has gone away even with switching between Martin archtop, Telecaster and the Gibson, the Gibson feel gets more and more comfortable Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Tone is quite balanced without amplification and with the fishman electronics you can get quite a variety of sound. I generally use an Acoustic AG60. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? very good Action How was the action out of the box? stiff, but no fret buzz and intonation was dead on all the way up the neck
