Quality:
The excellent Gibson craftsmanship makes my axe a keeper for a life-time. The tight precise assembly of all the parts are remarkable. The unpolished ends of the frets are part of the likable personality of this Les Paul model.
I bought this Les Paul because (1) I like Les Pauls, (2) I like the feel of maple necks and (3) I also like the idea of using nitro finish that allows the wood to express itself. If Gibson ever makes a Les Paul to Zakk Wylde's specs on on his camo model with a solid color nitro finish or hand-rubbed oil finish instead of the camo/bull's eye paint job, I would definitely make that guitar part of my arsenal.
The idea of maple necks or maple fretboards on a Gibson Les Paul is an excellent idea for my taste and the way I express myself on electric guitar.
Sound:
Clean tones are excellent for Jazz and funky type of phrasings as well.
Overall:
With bright bite of this Les Paul, I am able to express myself aggressively through a Mark III Boogie.
Finish:
The flawless translucent ebony nitrocellulose finish gives my Les Paul a menacing yet pleasant look with the gold hardware.
Action:
Although my guitar remained in the factory box from the June 09 factory packing date until I received the LP in March of 2010, the factory set up remained true for playability from nut to fret 22. The fret's radius is perfect for me. No dead spots or intonation problems.

Get one while you can!!!
Quality:
9 out of 10. Although I didn't need to, I replaced the 3-way pickup switch with a heavy duty one from Stewart McDonald. The stock on felt a little sloppy and I like the hearty switches.
Sound:
Wow...this thing has tone like nothing else. I think it's because of the all maple construction (mine is the natural, all maple) with these special pickups combined with the sound chambers.
Reliability:
Only had it for 3 months, but the solid maple neck is as solid as a baseball bat. I imagine it will greatly diminish the likelihood of neck/headstock breaks, more common with other Les Paul guitars.
Overall:
Top notch. I own several Gibsons and a bunch of G&L's. This guitar is the one that goes with me to performances as my first-line guitar.
Playability and Feel:
Plays like a LP, but without all that paint on the body you can "feel" the guitar as you play it. The vibration of the strings is an awesome thing, and really gets you into whatever you are playing.
Tone:
Tone is not as bright as I thought it would be with the maple neck and body, but that's a good thing. It's a bit brighter with the tone adjusted all the way up, but in the neck position...YES. This is the raw tone I've been wanting for a long time.
Finish:
The natural maple on maple is a real eye-catcher. I have a dozen guitars in my studio on the wall. This one is more often than not the one that visitors look at and say "wow, nice!"

The Best Les Paul you can buy for the money!
Quality:
The quality seems very good, my only disappointment on the guitar itself was the crappy strap buttons that came with it, I replaced them immediatly with Ernie Ball strap lock system, Now the guitar is perfect.
Sound:
This is the best sounding LP I have ever heard, The combination of the vintage 57 PAF pick-ups & the all maple construction & very light nitro finish allow unbelievable sustain & tone.
Reliability:
I only had it for 2 weeks but I do not forseee any problems, Their built like a tank.
Overall:
Overall this is a great guitar for the money! The only issue I have is that it does not come with a case, Bummer, Even the cheaper faded LP's come with a case. The gig bag that comes with it is a piece of garbage, They could have at least included the "Deluxe" gig bag
Playability and Feel:
Looks like butter, Plays like butter, Its not that heavy because of the chambered body, The neck seems alittle thick at first but you get used to it in about 2 minutes, It makes it easier to hold a chord.
Tone:
Very bright & snappy due to the maple, But still has that famous Gibson growl. I love it!
Finish:
The all natural maple finish is beautiful, nice feel to the wood, I prefer the feel of the natural wood over that of a painted neck & body.
Action:
On a scale of 1-10 I would say it was a 9, It could have been slightly lower, But I think they do that on purpose to try and please everyone.
