Product Rating What is your opinion of this product? Fantastic guitar, great tone. Color and finish exceeded my expectations. Fret dressing was sub par (sharp edges) and the gig bag that it came in was one of the worst ever! Great for carrying your tennis racket in. Had to spend an extra $100 for a bag that will actually protect it and will be taking it for a proper fret dressing ..... more $$$$ out of my pocket. The great deal I got just flew out of the window.....

What is your opinion of this product? I own the 2011 version in Honeyburst with the Black Back. It plays beautifully. I've had a thing for P90s since I was an early teenager and one of my friends older brothers had a white SG Jr with a single Dog Ear P90. The sound amazed me. When I saw the 50s Tribute model I had to have one and have not been disappointed. You can get every sound from Gretch like jangle to dirty bluesy snarl to metal just by playing with the knobs and pickup selector. Don't expect it to be fancy like a Standard. That will cost you 2 grand more. If you want a fantastic player that won't send you into cardiac arrest if you get a scratch, there is no better guitar. I'm in my 60s and have owned a lot of guitars. This one is a keeper. I also own a Les Paul Junior with the Dog Ear P90 and a Les Paul Classic with 57 Humbuckers, so I have my Les Paul bases covered. The 50s tribute is one heck of a bargain, especially at the sale price. But one and you won't be disappointed.

What is your opinion of this product? Tone is amazing. I love P90s, and I had to have a Les Paul with a set of them. Plays beautifully, and the finish, I got wine red, is beautiful.
