Made the way you want a higher end guitar to be made.Feels good when you hold and play it.Sound so good you don't want to put it down.Cool sounding, Cool looking,Cool feeling when you play it.Every time you open the case.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
I got one of the first of the only 300 made editions and it has been played almost every day and is like it was the day i got it.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
A great oo body guitar that truly gives me pleasure in playing.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Feels good not to heavy, fast to cord, the little wider neck makes playing fun and your fingers happy.Plugged in gives you all the sound you could ever want and the sound hole volume control is right there were you need it no looking like the whole guitar just feel for it it's there.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The Keb Mo's tone to me is just down home smooth blues sounding just what i was wanting when i bought it heck it's blues guitar and that's what i was paying for.If you play plugged you can go from bright and snappy to mellow and smooth.Just get the amp that suits you.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
I got the sunburst and love it.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
The action was great out of the box.I don't play lead guitar but i do use my fingers and use a capo up the neck and it played great right out of the box.

Very high quality. The extra cost for the Keb Mo version of the L-00 is worth it, in my opinion.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Just got it, but my experience with Gibsons is excellent.

Your general opinion of this product.
I just received this. I deliberated for awhile before ordering, it is a lot of money for me, but something told me this was the one to get. I specifically like the wider nut and the fact that it comes with a hard case. I love the size. I own several other nigh-quality guitars, including a Gibson J-200.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The wider nut may take a few practices for some to get used to, for me it is perfect. Easy to hold, easy to play.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Haven't plugged in yet. I rarely do. The tone is wam, mellow, rich. no tinniness.

It feels substantial but light. It is so easy to sit with for hours and hours.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Hopefully the brightness of the sound will mellow with time. Perhaps the bright tone is to others liking.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
The finish shows some very fine crackling and small lines in it.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
The action is really nice up to about the 10th fret...
