Are the controls easy to get to while playing? It is not to heavy, but solid, and has the sustain you would expect, all note till the cows come home, with no squeal. Fast slim neck is the only way to go. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Anything you want. Unless you play country, if so, you might want to go with a maple neck stratacaster.

The have a Strat and LP and the SG neck is slightly longer than either, but I prefer the SG - It has the 1960 slim taper neck which is very easy to play. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth?
