great guitar , if it didn't have the e min tuners

What is your overall opinion of this product?
Actually bought the 70's tribute sg for the same price with dirty fingers pickups. The guitar played great and sounded good for a low priced Gibson. The big gripe I have is with the e min tuners, they completely failed during a gig. They tuned ok but a couple of strings tuned a octave above and below where they should have been. Total disaster and I can never trust them again. AMS has been great in allowing me to return the guitar.
What is your opinion of the quality of this product? How does it work for different genres of music?
Nice looking and feeling guitar. Bad tuners!
Heavy, fast, chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Great access on the neck
How is the tone? Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick or thin?
good tone more mid punch than the full tone of a Les Paul
How did the stain or paint job look?
nice satin finish. not a shiny gloss finish like the more expensive SG's
How was the action out of the box?
I like low action and there was a little relieve in the neck which was easily taken care of
