Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? This guitar is solid as a rock. A little heavier than most SGs, but it's comfortable to wear and easy to play. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Overall Your general opinion of this product. I was hesitant to buy this without seeing one in person first, but when I couldn't find one anywhere I took a deep breath and went for it. I'm glad I did - I like everything about it. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? The frets feel a little tall, but I think that's just in comparison to what I've been playing lately. The neck feels great - wide and fast. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Pickups are hot. You can get a good variety of tone. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? I bought the Rainbow finish, and it's better in person than in the pics. Action How was the action out of the box? Great set up. A fresh set of .010s and I was ready to go.
