Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? I can say that upon opening the boxes the kit came packaged in, that Gretsch does take great care on providing the customer with exceptional musical instruments. It packaged tightly, neatly...with LOVE! Sound How is its Tone? Tone is Rich, Deep, but my tuning might be different than yours.... I'm really happy with the tones this kit produces, with as little space this great kit occupies, I'm very impressed, and by that inspired to really lay into it! Value Was this item an overall good value? Great value! worth every denominational value you will spend.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It is exellent quality. I can't believe how big a jump this kit is for so little money. Sound How is its Tone? The tone is beatiful warm and melodic although I might try some emad heads on the kick drum and some moon gels on the snare and toms. Value Was this item an overall good value? I can't believe the quality level of the wood and finish of this kit

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It is well made and dependable. Sound How is its Tone? It took a little tweaking but after I got it all set up just the way I want it, it sounds great. I put a cushion in the bass drum and attached a couple of Moon Gels onto the tom-tom and floor tom to get the right sound I wanted. Value Was this item an overall good value? This drum set is a very good value. I am actually a bass player but often have jam sessions in my garage. This set is perfect for that. The drummers who come and play it are also complimenting me on the sound of the drums. Since the bass drum is 14", it comes with an attachment to raise the bass drum up off the floor by about 2 inches so your drum pedal can hit the middle sweet spot with no problem.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? My only problem with this kit are the flanged hoops. I replaced the stock ones with heavier 2.3mm hoops and in my opinion the drums sound much better. What else can I say?, its a Gretsch! Sound How is its Tone? If you want a classic bop kit that sounds as good as it looks, this is it! Value Was this item an overall good value? Cant beat it with a stick,(or two sticks).
