Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Yes, it appears to be well made. My only reservation might be about the tuning machines, but that's not a major league change to make if they prove to be bad. The strings on the guitar seemed a bit over-wrapped so maybe I was just getting the slack out. Reliability How has it stood up over time? No clue, I just got it. Overall Your general opinion of this product. I bought this guitar for someone else. She's a new player so I didn't want to get something too expensive and an orchestra model is much better sized for the female frame than the ubiquitous dreadnaught. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? It plays way better than I would have expected. The feel isn't as silky smooth as my old Takamine... but that guitar is 20 years old all solid wood, very played in and has had hundreds of dollars of luthier work getting it dialed in exactly. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Bright and snappy. It is purely acoustic so I can't comment on its amplified sound though I did do a recording using a nice condenser mic and it sounded fine. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Good. I bought a scratch and dent guitar (hey, save some money!) but the blemish in the guitar was hardly visible at all, just a tiny little scuff in the finish. Action How was the action out of the box? Spot on, no dead or buzzing notes at all.
