Are the controls easy to get to while playing? the action was really nice. the action is where i need it be and i can play it according to my own style. the guild gad 25 has a good weight. it feels very sturdy and unbreakable (but dont try to break it). the neck was easy to slide up and down between frets. i play it as easily as if i was playing a electric guitar. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? bright and snappy, yet dark and smooth at times. the highs were nice but not screaching, yet the lows felt low. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? the guitar have the most natural look ive ever seen in a guitar. the mahagony shines and glistins in the light. Action How was the action out of the box? the guitar action was really nice, it was close to the fret board but not enough to make a buzzing sound.
