Reputation for being bullet-proof, we'll see.
Features
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
The 7 band equalizer makes this a very flexible amp. It is a very straight forward bass amplifier with plenty of ooomph. I wouldn't mess with it...it doesn't need anything more.
Sound
How is its Tone?
The tone of the aluminum cone speakers is naturally bright. If you want to darken it, the equalizer will do just about anything for tonal coloring.

How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Very straght forward design, simple and easy to use.

Very high quality and very dependable. I have had no problems with this amp and I think it will last me a long time. Will definitely consider Hartke amps in future purchases.

What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
The best features of the amp are definitely the wide range of tonal control and the direct out for plugging into a PA. I would have liked it to be a higher wattage, but hey what can you do?
Sound
How is its Tone?
It sounds great at low to mid volumes but once you go past around 8 or so, it starts to lose some sound quality. Not a big deal though, I have gigged with it and had the volume around 7 and plugged into the PA and it sounded great with my ESP LTD B-105 and it was plenty loud enough.

Very playable. The equalizer takes some time to get used to though.
Tone

The tone is great, lots of options with this amp.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
The finish is very nice overall, I gave it a 4 though because I'm not a huge fan of the "fuzzy" material...it attracts a lot of cat hair.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Not sure what to say here...What does Action even mean when referring to an amp?
