Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Whatever you want it to be. Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? This amp is a tank. Very dependable. You don't need a rack case but I'm getting one anyway so its easier to transport all of my amp stuff. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? This thing is full of features. Its got on-board overdrive and compression. All sorts of different EQ possibilities. And all kinds of other awesome cookies. Sound How is the tone? I think a better question is: "How many different tones can be produced by this amp?" It fits for any type of genre. General Your general opinion of this product. I see nothing wrong with it what-so-ever. I no longer need to add some of the pedals that I wanted to before. And thanks to AMS I could do the payment plan. It's not easy shelving out $1000 at one time, so thank you AMS!
Great Amp for the Price.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It's a heavy piece. Definitely built like a tank. As it's still pretty new to me I have yet to put it to the test of a 5 hour gig. I'm not worried about it though. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? I really like how Harkte offers a multi-tube preamp on this one as opposed to the many manufacturers that are offering these hybrid amps with a single 12ax7 and calling it a tube amp. That being said the tube driven overdrive sounds pretty awesome. I would prefer a little more crunch. The footswitchable gEQ is a nice touch as well. If you like features this is your amp. Sound How is the tone? Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? You can pull just about any tone you could want out of this rig. From crisp and clear to dark and muddy with the overdrive.
This Hartke's best amp to date.
