Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
I personally find this to be a well constructed guitar, with warm resonant sound at a very reasonable price.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Concerning reliability over time, I have only had mine for just over two weeks, but based on my experience thus far, I am confident that this will be my guitar of choice for years to come.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
I like the 'natural' satin finish, it is pleasing to the touch, and doesn't smudge up with fingerprints like the heavily lacquered instruments. Handsomely made. I never tire of playing this guitar.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
For me this is also a pleasantly playable guitar. While the body seems slightly over-sized, it is not overly-bulky. String action is reasonably low and there is no buzzing. Compared to other quitars I have owned and/or played, it has better string action. With this guitar, my hands, which tend to be awkward, especially with bar chords, are able to play some of the more difficult chords that I haven't been able to before, due to the overall responsiveness.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The tone of this guitar is warm and rich. I have no complaints. As a local songwriter, I write country songs and ballads that sound nice with the quality of tones produced. The pickup takes a little getting used to. I played it live, and when I got it to the desired level during performance, when I stopped, the pickup was so 'hot' that I got feedback. But after some minor tweaking, we were able to get the maximum sound from the guitar without the feedback.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
I love the finish on my guitar. The natural satin finish is very pleasing to the eye. As corny as it may sound, I feel almost as though I am holding and playing a work of art. My next purchase is going to be a hard case so that I may preserve the quality finish. I intend this to be the last guitar I will ever need.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Out of the box, this has been a truly amazing guitar. With the built in tuner, I am always in tune and ready to play. For the investment, I am not the least bit disappointed. I would recommend this guitar to others without reservation. As I mentioned previously, out of the box, I found more difficult chords, which I haven't been able to play before, much easier to play, and achieve the correct chord sound.

Should've hit the pawn shop...

Build quality is probably average for price range, last acoustic i owned was a $100 pawn shop fender, which i now reminisce fondly about. Generic tuners. Is rosette a decal?

still new, feels very light to me, not substantial enough. Build quality seems ok, wouldn't want to drop it.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
I'll state up front that i'm not at all a regular acoustic player, however, i own 4 electrics & 3 basses, all very different necks & action. I'm a medium to heavy string user. 30+ years. Out of the box hard to play, odd thumpy to balanced tone.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Couple of minutes in, spending way too much time focusing on bearing down on strings...see action comments. Neck feels small to my medium hands. Set it down, take a break.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Over-all even tone if you make adjustment striking strings. Hollow sounding at times (but it IS an acoustic, may be string-type related).
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Finish looks good, not sold on the satin neck however.
Action

my biggest complaint, definitely requires trip to tech. over 1/8" @ 12th fret. no buzzing unless slamming barres out up there! (which feels like trying to strangle a junkyard dog, by the way). Shave for the funkynut & bridge, probable neck adjust also.
