This is one of the best tape on the market I actually use it to tie down my wires instead of Velcro looks clean and it doesn’t leave your wires all sticky!!!!
But one of the main reason I use it is to tape my wires or my cords to the floor.

Well oh, I have to use a minimum of 50 characters so here goes. I used this on a few occasions and what I have to say is it's okay, not bad. I was thinking that I was going to have an engagement which would involve doing a project for Location Sound mixing. That fell through so there really was no need for this gaffers tape. But I did find other creative ways to use it and I'm still using it, so. I still came out ahead I suppose.

I think it's true you can fix almost anything with gaffer tape. The stuff is so damn handy. I does dry out after a decade or 2 but it never gets slimy like duct tape. Too bad it can't fix a broken heart. Or can it?

Don't get me wrong. Duct tape is king for most things. But gaffer tape is the only way to go when you have to remove it after a show.
Plus this has a clean flat black look and smooth feel. And you can still use it to secure things if needed, while removing it is easy, without leaving any gross sticky residue. Everyone will love you for bringing this.

One of the "must have" items for any production team. We use it to tape down cables to keep the stage tidy and safe. Also helps when you need a quick fix! Much cleaner and easier to take off than duct tape and just as strong!

Works 100% of the time. This tape has a consistent adhesive so it will always get the job done. Easy on different surfaces and light on gear residue. I recommend this product for every musicians emergency kit also just to have it.

This tape is pretty sticky. I’ve alwasy had an issue with certain brands not sticking properly; this one does well! Also, most importantly, it doesn’t leave a nasty residue when pulled up. Even sticks well to carpet! Thanks AMS!

I never leave for an event without this tape. I always keep extra rolls in my cars because its great all purpose tape. The only thing I would warn against is if you are in venues because about using tape directly on wall because it will pull paint and wallpaper off with it.

This is real gaffers. Not the stuff some people sell as gaffers. A little confused by product description/options, as I could not tell if I was buying four rolls, or two packs x 2 = 4 rolls.
I received 4 separate rolls, but still less expensive (and better quality) than what they sell at No Customer Service Center. (Figure that one out).

I only use gaff tape - no nasty sticky residue left behind like duck tape......I prefer gaff tape that has a stronger adhesive than this but this works fine. I took advantage of the 'buy one get one' so I can't complain at the price.

Perhaps this roll is from a bad batch? The glue on this tape had absolutely no holding power. My XLR wires (and this tape) came up less than 5 minutes after I put it down. No foot traffic at all.

The product description claims this is real gaff tape. It isn't. The cloth backing is thinner and very 'rubbery'. The adhesive seems to have far less holding power (adhesion) than real gaff tape. I would rate this stuff as being somewhere between duct tape and gaff. Not as low grade as duct, but certainly not pro grade gaff tape in any sense. Can't hold a candle to Procell or Shurtape.

Works well, sticking to just about any surface. A warning though: don't pull up a cord or snake with the tape still in place; pull off the tape first. Care must be taken with the surface this tape is used with as it can leave residue.
