Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It is an ok quality, came with missing pearl inlays on the pegs and then it was scuffed up on one side of it as well. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? My bass had some pearl inlays on the peg holding the string missing! Sound How is its Tone? Nice full body sound. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? The neck is awesome I like that it is nice and thing. It is light and easy to carry. The controls are very easy to get to while playing. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? They are more dark and smooth Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Finish was nice except came to us scuffed up on part of one the sides Action How was the action out of the box? Great action

The strings that come with it are very cheap and break easy and one of the tuning nuts came loose so I already have had it in the shop.. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? Pre-amp is touchy. Strings were poorly made and one broke while tuning for the first time. Sound How is its Tone? Sound is good. Carries well. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Easy to play and feel. It is made fairly well. The strings that come with it are very cheap. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? The tone is a bit tinny for my taste. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Very nice. Action How was the action out of the box? Action is very nice.

What features would you add to this product if you could? This bass has a nice tone and a pretty good EQ. Sound How is its Tone? Warm, yet light and airy. If that makes sense... Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? The neck is a little chunky but the overall feel of the bass is extremely light. You won't be breaking your back when carrying it to your gigs. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Bright with very mellow pickups. The EQ gives you a good control of the sound and tone. Acoustically, the bass sounds like a drop-tuned guitar. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The stain and paint job was exceptional. No flaws at all. Action How was the action out of the box? Out of the box, the action is a bit high but not to the point playability was effected.

Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The black Bass looks and feels phenomenal. Couldn't have asked for a better bass with such a low price. Action How was the action out of the box? When I pulled this Bass out of the box I was thrilled. I started playing it right away. There was a little buzz, but I fixed that right away with a little tuning.

There was a rattle in one of the tuning pegs, but it was corrected by a simple tightening of a nut. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? The best feature is the Ibanez brand. Hard to beat an Ibanez acoustic at any price. Sound How is its Tone? Have yet to play it through an amp, but acoustic tone is good, especially when playing with other acoustic 6 string players. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Acoustic tone is bright and smooth. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Beautiful stain. Brings out the wood grain. Action How was the action out of the box? Great sound right out of the box. Just tuned it by ear initially and started playing it.

It would be over the top with gold hardware. Sound How is its Tone? The strict acoustic sound is really good. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? The neck is sleek and playable. It is a little chunky BUT that is in comparison to a solid body bass. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? I'll apply flatwound strings but out of the box, I was really impressed Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The over-all appearance of the "Black" was perfect. Action How was the action out of the box? The action right out of the box was great. No fret buzz and I didn't even let it acclimate to the house.

What features would you add to this product if you could? The Nut is Ivory 2, so it's real sturdy, and provides a real sincere smoothness no matter the string. Sound How is its Tone? real fat, especially with flatwound strings. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? The neck is pretty thick, but it feels so nice. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? nice and mellow, it's got a great acoustic sound, but punches well through an amp. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? real slick, the glossy black was a real nice touch, i would recommend the black to the natural. Action How was the action out of the box? great, really made me smile once i pulled it out!

I have been playing a P-Bass for years, and have needed an acoustic for quick jam sessions with my acoustic friends. This is great acoustic and plugged in, I would actually consider using it on stage in some situations instead of my 80's P-Bass. Sound How is its Tone? Great depth to the tone. Totally different from solid body guitars, but holds its own when plugged in. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Shorter scale, thicker neck compared to my Precision, but I accept it for what it is, and what is... is great! Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Unplugged, bright and snappy. Plugged in you can make it what you want, but starting from that acoustic sound, really unique thump. Pickups do well with the mellow acoustic sound. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Excellent Action How was the action out of the box? Nicely done. Ready to play. Had an immediate pick up jam session on lunch break at work. I think I could have sold it on the spot for more than I paid for it.
