One of the clasps is floppy (it will not grab and stay latched. I will try to adjust/correct the issue.
Other wise, It seems to be solid and a secure place to store my guitar.

This is the 1st guitar I've ever ordered and to be honest, I was VERY nervous. Right out of the shipping box, it played like a dream. Didnt need to do adjustments whatsoever. And then there's how it sounded... 1 word... WOW!!! Plays and sounds like a dream. HIGHLY recommend this guitar before you buy a guitar that cost hundreds... even thousands... more.

It is perfectly contoured to the Ibanez AEL1512E 12-string acoustic-electric guitar I purchased it with, almost too tight at first but that just means nice and snug with no movement in the case! Doesn’t stand up, so it’s gotta be on its side or back which isn’t a big deal and is how most people would open it up anyway. The top buckle was messed up upon delivery, but that was an easy fix.
And that about wraps it up! Definitely get the case to protect your instrument!

I bought this case to go with my EW series guitar. I have to say the case is disappointing. On the outside, the Ibanez wording is sprayed on with a stencil that has left a nice "halo" of excess paint bleeding away from the wording. Even though the case is supposed to be the correct one for my guitar, the guitar did not fit until I crunched all the padding down. And I do indeed mean "crunch" quite literally...it makes a crunching sound. Even after doing that, it is nearly impossible to put the guitar in the case without activating the tuner on the padding. Forget any inclination about leaving the strap on the guitar when it goes in this case. Finally, the little compartment to hold you accessories and picks and such doesn't really close well on the one I got. So, in short...love the guitar, but the case doesn't meet up to the same quality.

My Ibanez AEL10L fits comfortably into this well padded and sturdy guitar case. Snug fit, don't have to worry about the guitar moving about. Storage area for accessories, picks, etc. Worth the investment.
