General What is your overall opinion of this product? This guitar is so much fun to play, it has sweet acoustic tone but can growl when plugged in to a hot stack. It is just a dream to play. Quality What is your opinion of the quality of this product? How does it work for different genres of music? This is a very made guitar, it is actually better made and sounds better than my ES339. I've found it can groove with sweet acoustic music but with the right set up can do the hardest of rock. Metal might be a stretch but it does pretty good, just doesn't have that big bass crunch you get with metal, but handles AC/DC and Van Halen with no problem. Feel Heavy, fast, chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? It is very light because it is a thin line but don't let that fool you, she is a work horse. The neck is very fast and easy on the fingers. The controls very responsive and can get you just about any tone you're looking for. Tone How is the tone? Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick or thin? The tonal range on this guitar is what makes it so attractive, very sweet acoustically but roars with a good set up. I can even get her to moan playing Doom. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? It is absolutely flawless, no even the slightest blemish. I've had people gasp when I told them the price because she looks, handles and sounds like a guitar much more expensive. Value Did you get what you were expecting for the price? How does it compare to similar products in the same price range? In my opinion, this a steal you can spend double or triple the amount of money and not get a better side kick. Playability How was the action out of the box? Out of the box, with tuning and a little setup she was ready to be played.

General Your general opinion of this product. This little gem needed cleaning up, lots of dirt and dust had been collecting for quite awhile. Finally After a thoro cleaning, oiling and complete set up, this little red gem came alive. Very nice in deed ! Plays well, looks great and feels solid. Sure like the play ability of the smaller body style, thanks Ibanez ! Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Should last for decades Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? A little brighter than my AM95's 58 pickups but not too shabby for the price range. They can be mellow with a bite, not bad but not Gretsch-ish. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Finish is different, flat is attractive. Entire guitar's construction was flawless, frets well dressed, finish was perfect, nice going Ibanez.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It seems that the intonation isn't correct. Fingering seems flat and out of tune due to fret height not being correctly set from the factory. General Your general opinion of this product. Looks good, feels good, but more work needs to be done to make sure the guitar stays in tune when fretted... Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Pickups and sound great, when sounds in tune. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Perfect.
