A great guitar with good sound, a little too bright for my taste, doesn't compare to a Gison SG,but at this price? who cares? I only wish it wasn't yellowish with gold plating. It makes it too Jazzy or cheezy looking for my taste

How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The guitar is a bit too heavy, I've heard people say they are light, mine is heavier than a Les Paul. It has good action but it doesn't feel comfortable when I'm playing it. Neck is a bit wide.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Pick ups are just a bit tpoo bright

How did the stain or paint job look?
as I said don't reallt like the color or the wooden vol knobs, I can change the knobs.

awesome..even the gig bag is of higher quality.

How has it stood up over time?
I have many guitars and truly feel with the material used that this guitar will out last me. The almost complete lack of plastic in the build is a plus to me.

Once I took the packaging off I said "hello beautiful" but whats the best part this beauty can sing too. Build quality is A+. I grew up in Michigan not far from the Gibson plant and wish they would offer quality like this without wanting you to basically buy a new car.

Just as comfortable as any Les Paul or strat. Just not as heavy as a Paul. Actually feels like maybe 6lbs total. But oh the tone and sustain....killer

Nice blues and thick warm sustain on the neck p/u. Bright and full of attack on the lead p/u. Both p/u together are a great combo.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Beautiful job. Reminds me of a 3000.00 PRS. Also mother of pearl tuners too.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Neck is a bit wide but just as wide as my fender HGWY 1 strat. 43mm. Not heavy at all and good access to all the frets. Beautiful job on the binding too. I find no problem with access to the pu switch or the any of the controls. Only a little adjusting needed.

Pickup selector is too far away. this is a very light guitar. The neck is fast but wide. I hate the wooden control knobs but that is easily rectified

The finish is great but I don't know how long it will hold up.

Surprisingly good. Nice fret finishing. Level fretboard. No buzzing. Nice wide thin neck profile. Really nice trim heal at the neck joint, easy access at the higher frets.
