Product Review I Love it, it plays like my Les Paul only with wonderful 12 string sound. I have written songs on my electic/acoustic 12 but they come alive on my new Ibanez 12 hollow body electric.

Product Review There are some great 12 string electrics out there but this is the best you’ll find at this price point. It has a narrow neck which is nice and makes it easy to switch between a regular 6 string and the neck on the AS7312. The fit and finish is also very nicely done and clean. It’s a well balanced guitar with impressive pickukps/electronics. This guitar does not disappoint with looks or sound. It’s a lot of guitar for the money!

Product Review This was my first 12 string, and my second semihollow Ibanez Artcore, it has a bright sound and is easy to play. The weight is comparable to a Les Paul, the hardware is just as nice. No issues at all, and am happy with my purchase.

Product Review There are not many 12-string electric guitars, and this is my first exposure to one. I know of two that are a little cheaper, but I chose this one because Ibanez is a good brand. Nice guitar, easy to play and decent tone. Appearance and finish is good but not stunning.

Product Review I have two other Ibanez solid body guitars and they are very good products. This AS7312A 12 string Trans Red is really a super nice one. I always wanted a electric guitar like this and thought i needed one more Ibanez to complete my collection. I made a very good choice and it sounds and plays just the way i thought it would. It came at my door step and could not wait to open the package and check it out, and tune it and start playing. The price was good and well worth it for a Ibanez guitar. You can not beat these products and i gave it 5 stars.

Product Review I purchased this guitar from AMS about two years ago for some special recording projects. I did select a discounted blemish model. The guitar arrived stuffed in one of their outer shipping boxes minus the original box for the guitar! I am disappointed in the Artcore pickups and the design of neck and machine head layout. The high octave strings all ride on the tuners of the lower strings causing the G string to break constantly even if its a very fresh set of strings. I usually am a neck pick up kind of guy, but this guitars pickups sound very dull an muddy unless you only play in full bridge selection. For what you would expect a 12 string would be used for much of the time, the first 3 frets are very crowded and hard to use unless you have very small hands. For the price it kind of gets you there and is not all bad for a guitar to whip out to get some occasional 12 string chime in a tune.

Product Review Nice guitar nice sound. However I received a damaged guitar. The box it came in had 6 holes in it damaging one of the volume knobs & a dent on the body of the guitar. I called AMS & they gave me a 25 dollar credit. I told them they need to be more careful in the future.

Product Review It's not a Ricky 360/12 but it comes close. It's got that Classic rock sound with the stock pickups. I like the action and the smooth feel when going through chords. The body is light when playing on stage for hours and that's a plus for me. The only draw back I could say about this guitar is the width of the neck and the closeness of the strings. It takes some getting used to but once you get the feel for the instrument it plays great. I love it and would recomend it to my friends. I like the quality of the workmanship. Nice finish and it feels like a more expensive guitar. I played other 12 strings before buying the AS7312 and I liked the feel and sound this guitar had over the others I found. The neck is, like I said a little narrow but the action is perfect. With the 3 way switch I can get the right tone for the song I'm playing. It comes real close to that Roger Mcguin sound, but then again, It's not a Rickenbacker. I have a Fender Jaguar that I use for most of the songs we do and it has a Tobacco sunburst finish much like the Ibanez, and that to me is cool. I paid around $300 for my AS7312 and I felt that for the price I got more then what I paid for. I mean you can spend 1,000's for top quality 12 strings and play them for years to come, but for guys on a budget, this is a quality guitar for the price It plays smooth and I liked the way it was set from the factory. But you can hotrod it all you want to fit your style.
