| Quality:
| One of the little loops that holds the back-pack to the gig bag broke the first time I tried to use it. No abuse...just broke. I don't usually rate things, but this one just ticked me off!!!! |
| Features:
| Back-pack feature would have been great if well made, or if they just even tried. |

| Quality:
| The product is made okay. Looks great but durability is not in the contract. |
| Features:
| The best feature about this is the guitar portion and the look. The backpack is a real zero. |

| The material in some cases strong, in some case UGH! |
| Action:
| When I got this gigbag, I was happy because I have an Ibanez to put in it. I don't gig often save church but I have owned this for about 1 years and the backpack is by far the least of the two. The case itself is still holding strong but the straps that you use to hook it on your back are tearing away from the bag, the zipper on the side pocket is broken--don't even know how it happened! You have to be very careful when locking the backpack to the case, those latches are flimsy to say the least. IBanez makes great guitars but gigbags are not the company's forte. |

| Quality:
| I have owned one of these for about 7 or 8 years. I usually don't use any thing for that long, but I still haven't found anything I like better. Still functions perfectly and protects as well as any bag out there. |
| Features:
| Thickly padded.Soft-non scratching interior. I love the huge backpack. I easily stow everything in it and don't have to carry a seperate bag I could lose. It also detaches, so you can stow the gig bag and still have access to your stuff. Quality Zipper. |
