More Fun Than a Barrel of Monkeys....

Your general opinion of this product.
I haven't had this much fun with an Echo/Delay pedal since the old tape echo days. The one thing that always seemed to be missing from the pedals has been the ability to play with the controls while you're playing and make all those cool Pink Floyd sounds. Well - with this pedal that kind of control is back. I've had this pedal for maybe an hour and i'm already making the sounds i wanted to hear with it. and the Delay Time slider is your key to psychedelic fun. get some good echoes going and start moving the slider... WOWZA!!
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
This pedal seems to be built like a brick. Solid case, the pots and switches are all smooth and clean feeling and no noises when i engage them. I'd say it's going to be around for many years to come.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
It's a foot pedal... about the only relevant thing to comment on here is the controls, which are laid out logically with nice spacing. It's a little bigger than the average pedal but it's not huge either. Your pedalboard can handle it.
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
How was the action out of the box?
How did the stain or paint job look?
it's kind of this cool pale green color with black sides. i think it's groovy looking...
How has it stood up over time?
Well, i just got it today and it still works. So far, so good...
It's an Ibanez product - they don't typically make junk. I expect it to last a long time, especially considering how sturdy it is.
