Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Seems to be, but the first 2 I recieved had issues (fret dress for 1, broken controls on the 2nd) the 3rd however was perfect. These came factory sealed so more than likely it was a sleepy inspector or the fact it travelled from the other side of the planet. The initial disappointment was offset by the terrific customer service of AMS, they were very concerned (maybe even more than me) and fixed me up VERY FAST even though they had to have one of their own people inspect the 3rd one, plus all the return shipping they had to pay. It was nice to have a company & staff much more concerned with my happiness than their bottom line. Not enough room to write about all the little things they did in this process, but the customer service was best I have ever ever experienced. Matter of fact I went from being nervous about buying a guitar without playing it to buying 2 Les Pauls from AMS afterwards (no problems with either of those thankfully). Reliability How has it stood up over time? Haven't had had it long (about 2 weeks) but seems rock solid, more I play it the more I like it. Overall Your general opinion of this product. Everything really great overall, the only somewhat negative thing is, the onboard chorus isn't adjustable, but in the right situation it still could be useful, doesn't sound bad just limited. Everything else. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Great neck, VERY FAST for an acoustic, well designed cut away gives good access to upper register. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Light and crisp without being hollow or wimpy. Base sound (no amplification) is great. Pick-ups seem good (only checked at low volume on a small marshall combo) Not a big fan of the 1-size fits all chorus, but it could prove useful and 3 band EQ is nice. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Great looking guitar, commented on by everyone who's seen it. Action How was the action out of the box? Perfect
great sound

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? So far so good. Time is the ultimate test, but so far, i am highly satisfied. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I haven't owned this guitar very long, so i cant speak to that. My impression of it is that i will be enjoying it for a long time though. Overall Your general opinion of this product. My overall impression is highly favorable. For one, i cant ever remember purchasing a guitar for such a low price that had such a big sound. Having played for over twenty years, and having owned well over a hundred guitars in that time, i can definitely say this one is a keeper. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? It is a fast guitar and the neck is very comfortable and smooth. I would think a beginner would have an easy time with this one. It's not clunky and the neck is just the right size in my opinion. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? I would simply describe the tone as big and clear. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The finish is very beautiful. This was actually the only thing i was really uncertain about prior to its arrival. The pictures i saw of it looked cool, but it is actually far better looking in person. Action How was the action out of the box? The action was spot on out of the box. It is a quick guitar with an easy feel.
