The first Ibanez I received was all banged up and damaged. I returned it no problem. The replacement is ok but still dinged in a few spots.

This was a replacement for the same size and type Sawtooth brand guitar. It was three times what the Sawtooth guitar cost! I truly wish I had bought this guitar first
