The bass itself is really well made, very sturdy.
Features
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
There are no features, it's just one pickup on a bass. no frills. Want a bass with more features? Triple your paying price.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
I really like the bass, it's a damn good deal at $100... You can't even buy a used fake no-name brand for $100 anymore let alone a quality bass like this.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
great tone, slap and pop sounds killer on this bass.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
I actually wanted the natural wood bass but it wasn't on sale. So I sprung for the black stained wood bass... have to say I wasn't excited about it. But when I pulled it out of the box I was wowed, it looks really good and I'm definitely happy about my purchase after seeing it in person.

The one I played had a good fit and finish. It seemed really sound. Really good value.

Traditional length neck. Good range humbucker pickup. Mahagony is a very good tone wood for snap and dark tones. F/the $, it's just right.
Tone

Handled bright to dark well. Smooth, Old style passive, humbucked tone that was fuller than my old P-bass.
Finish

Clean, simple, handsome, classic mahogany finish.
