It was scratched up and also the lid was offset a bit and it made it hard to close. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I will use it but I may not travel with it. I will say the inside was awesome nice and the compartments are really good and I liked the way it fit my Ibanez. I will never prolly buy from Musical Supply again though. I have 2 of these, each for over 2 years, and they have stood up fine to the test of time. I'm not on tour but I do take them to friends houses and such. Overall Your general opinion of this product. The interior is great for protecting the guitar but the storage spaces could be expanded. For example, I also have a few Schecter cases and prefer the storage compartments on those to the Ibanez storage. However, this should not stop you from getting the case it's just an FYI.
