This is my first 12 string, and I chose this as my entry level instrument in the event that I didn't like it than It wouldn't be much of a loss. As it happens however, this thing has far surpassed any expectations I had for it. It goes above and beyond, and feels/plays like a top quality high end guitar as opposed to a Budget Instrument. I am very impressed with the quality, not to mention the absolite perfect shape that it arrived in. I am often skeptic when ordering instruments sight unseen via the internet or what have you. But this is truly remarkable, and an absolute delight to play!!!

For around $225, I wasn’t expecting much, especially after reading other reviews, so I knew what to expect. I expected a booming fun guitar and that’s what I got. On the down side, it has very little bottom end and the tuning machines are really, really awful. But they can be upgraded without a big investment. On the up side, it was set up perfectly. The intonation is right on and it’s a pleasure to play barre chords all the way up the neck (and I have old, weak hands!). I’m glad I got it and I’m having fun with it.

This is a great, inexpensive guitar with great tone. The neck is thin and narrow and extremely playable - not like a lot of 12 strings that are like playing on a 2x4. The fit and finish is astounding for a two hundred dollar guitar.Ibanez has done it again!

I bought this as an inexpensive 12 string to plink on (never played many 12 strings prior to this), but this one has outstanding sound quality and play ability. I bought this one after buying the 6 string from the same line and was very impressed. I have always like the RG line and took a chance on these and am very impressed. American Musical always gets equipment to me without any issues.

I received this guitar and when I took it out of the box it looked great. But it was quickly down hill from there. Now let me add that I did buy it as a reduced price sale item. When I started to run my hand up and down the neck as soon as my hand touched it I discovered that the frets on the top and bottom were jagged and sharp, had I slid my hand down the neck it would have cut my hand to pieces. Then when I tried to tune it I found that 8 out of the 12 machine tuners didn’t even work they just turned and nothing happened. I tightened the tuners up but to no avail they still didn’t work. Conclusion. All that can be done is strip the guitar redo the neck and replace all machine head tuners with new ones and calibrate the guitar. I have an Ibanez 12 string electric solid body and it is excellent.

incredible playability for the money , the action was perfect ... no buzz and easy on the fingers ... was surprised it was set up so well out of the box ... playing it daily keep it right next to my workstation for my music pursuits

I find Ibanez guitars well made for the price and very dependable
I've only had the guitar for 2 months but it holds tune and plays very well
Your general opinion of this product.
a great 12 string for the price
neck is nice and fast not bulky easy to play barre chords up and down the neck
nice bright and loud tone, rings out nicely
finish is good, you would have to really search for any problems
action was good out of the box

it seems to be well made, a few minor blemishes that you have to search for to find
have only used it for a short time, but it holds tune, each time I pull it out of the case
Your general opinion of this product.
I find Ibanez to be a working mans guitar and this 12 string is spot on,
nice over all feel, neck not too bulky, easy to play bar chords
nice ringing sound, adds great to performance
finish was nice, just minor blemishes which has to be searched for, not really noticeable
action was very good right out of the box
