Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? ok Reliability How has it stood up over time? just got it so too soon to tell General Your general opinion of this product. Good, but be aware, you will recieve this guitar with the Edge III bridge unleess your serial number stars with 1111 or 1011 or later. IT was explained to me that the Edge Zero II bridge wasn't made available until November 2011, so any guitar in stock at American Musical or any other supplier that has the older stock will be equiped with the Edge III. you have been warned. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? ok Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? ok Finish How did the stain or paint job look? ok Action How was the action out of the box? ok

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Reliability How has it stood up over time? Played gigs with it, hasn't failed me and stays in tune. General Your general opinion of this product. Very well made, this guitar is great. Very light guitar, and the bridge is nice aswell. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? The neck is smooth, once you have the action set to your liking, this thing is a true shred machine. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? The stock pickups were not bad, just a bit muddy for my liking. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Paint job was good out of the box. No dents, nor scratches. Action How was the action out of the box? Action was a tad bit high out of the box, i lowered it to my liking and haven't had problems.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It looks delicate but if it's anything like my other ibanez I should have it another 10 years without any problems that i intentionaly put on it Reliability How has it stood up over time? had for a month no problems General Your general opinion of this product. this guitar rocks Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? love the neck it's why I play primarily ibanez. the controls are stiff and don't move under intense playing Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? out of the box the tone was mellow great for shredding at low levels. I plan on putting thicker gauge strings on it and a hotter bridge pickup Finish How did the stain or paint job look? It looks as good as it plays and looks just as good as my fender american deluxe Action How was the action out of the box? action was super low effort less to play, some fret buzz on the lower notes

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? This is a well made product. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Like a new car, I try to protect my axe's for as long as I can even though character marks are inevitable - especially with a 3 and 7 yr. old roaming through the house. However, as with the RG350DXWH, I've had no issues with it holding up. General Your general opinion of this product. I love this guitar. I own an RG350DXWH as well. I got this one becauuse I had always wanted an RG550 in Desert Yellow back in the 80's. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? This guitar has perfect balance and looks as far as I'm concerned. The enxk is very fast. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? You can get a multitude of tones out of this but everyone has their own opinions on this topic. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? I'm a sucker for a pain job. I stressed over the yellow and the blue back when I got this about 8 months ago but now I might just have ti pickup the blue as well... :) Action How was the action out of the box? Thee action is great - very low and easy to play.
