I started out buying an RG321 years ago, I've never been disappointed with that one (still have it) but this is an upgrade from the latter,stays in tune,super fast wizard neck is the highlight,sounds great,looks cool and plays well,highly recommended.

Right out of the box this guitar was setup and ready to shred. I love the Wizard III neck and the Pearl Black Fade Metallic looks so good. I've been an Ibanez player since 1999 and played many models. The RG421 is up there with the best of them. The Quantum pickups are excellent, so no need of changing them. I own many RGs and this one has become my go to guitar for any style of music. I can't put it down. Well worth the price. Thanks Ibanez for another good sounding quality guitar, and AMS for the quick ship!

I’ve always been a fan of Ibanez products. My favorite features are the look. Ibanez RG guitars just look very cool. This models paint job is right up there with the high end models. The best thing so far is this thing stays in tune better than any guitar I’ve ever played. I take it to and from lessons weekly and I’m always surprised when I start to tune up and it’s still perfect! Don’t buy a beginner guitar, do yourself a favor and get this beast!

I think this guitar is well worth the price. It's pretty light and it plays/sounds nice. The only thing U disliked was the metal on the frets was a little sharp and scratched up my finger a bit but it was easily fixed with sandpaper. Everything else seems solid and the 5 way switch and pickups are pretty dope.

I love Ibenze guitars but this is my favorite. Very well made guitar, very solid. Sounds great. I go the black fade color and it is fantastic looking on stage. Would highly recommend this guitar to beginners and professional players. Great quality and price.

It came setup well, though the frets had a bit of fret sprout but that's easy to address. I replaced the 10's it came with to 9's and it played great. The pickups sound good for stock, and with the 5 way there's alot of tonal flexibility. This guitar comes in two finishes I liked (got the white to black.) This would be a great step up guitar or a great first axe. The hardtail bridge helps with tuning stability and the tuners work well for being stock. Might not be top of the line but there's alot of guitar for the money.

I'm a beginner and I am loving the feel and look. I like the jumbo frets for my hands because on my old guitar, it felt as though I had to squish my fingers all the time. Stays in tune great.

I bought this for myself. This is by far the best Ibanez I have ever owned. I’ve played guitar for 28 years and this is the best sounding guitar I’ve owned. Neck is still slender for easier hand sliding up and down fret board. Pickups are on key. Paint job is amazing. This guitar could be great for a starter or for the expert player. Design, sound, paint, and etc. is perfect. I will own the colors this guitar comes in. This will be used for my next shows. Would recommend for everyone. Price was well worth it.

Mind you this is new, got it tonight. First impression is that pups are bright and responsive. Relative to my ESP LTD 256 it appears to play as easy or easier with the Wizard neck. Enjoy the variety of the 5 way selector switch for pickup splitting and variety of combinations. All frets are smooth (no burrs or snags) and points of interface with fretboard to neck and neck to body are smooth and well tended to. There are no imperfections and tuners seem fine and smooth. Time will tell as strings and neck adjust how well it stays in tune. Color Blackberry Sunburst was deep and very appealing - nice change from my black instruments.

I've been playing Ibanez Rgs for years now. They're great guitars at a great price. Also, I always buy my musical equipment from American Musical Supply and I've never had an issue with them ever. Great company with quality equipment and quality service.

shes a bit heavy but very fast
plays great on lead wide variety on pick-ups
only had to slightly tune and was jammin in the next step

It has some sharp fret edges and the tone knob is tight but overall the quality is great at this price.

Your general opinion of this product.
Great guitar for the price. So far I'm very happy with it.
The wizard neck is perfect. The finish, the access to the 24th fret, the jumbo frets. I don't know how I ever played without it.
The pups are a lot better than I expected. I was originally thinking I would have to upgrade but these sound great for now. Kinda like the super distortion but cleaner.
The blackberry sunburst is beautiful and flawless.
The setup is good.
