Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It's a under 500 dollar guitar, it looks good, sounds good, plays very easy, easy to setup and stays in tune. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I play it all the time, it's durable. General Your general opinion of this product. I like it, for the money it's a great value. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? It is a light guitar, the neck it not to thin or chunky, it's so easy to play, up or down the neck. The unfinished maple neck is smooth, frets level and controls easy to get to. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? I like these stock Ibanez pickups, you really only need a Ibanez Tube Screamer for heavey stuff. Thin, no. Clean sounds perfect too. I play this guitar more than my much more expensive guitars, up to and over 3 grand. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The blackberry finish it really nice, really like the transparent finishes. I usually hate rosewood fretboards, these are good looking. Action How was the action out of the box? It was ok, just like any other guitar. I put 10's on it, made my own adjustments and lowered the action some.
