General What is your overall opinion of this product? Great guitar. I wanted i fixed bridge higher end Ibanez and got a great deal on this. The tight end bridge is the best fixed bridge i've encountered. Pickups were not my thing, but nice that it comes stock with Dimarzios. I found them a bit too boomy and slightly harsh. Added D-Activators, sounds great. Finish looks great. Set up was decent enough from factory considering it came in the mail. needed a couple frets leveled a bit but good overall Quality What is your opinion of the quality of this product? How does it work for different genres of music? can see and feel that it's well built. Feel Heavy, fast, chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Neck is a great D shape. Frets rounded on the ends. Bridge feels perfect Tone How is the tone? Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick or thin? The tone is in your face, even with a pickup swap. Really nice cleans out of this axe, and the distorted tones have sounded great in a band mix. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? nice glassy finish, no issues Value Did you get what you were expecting for the price? How does it compare to similar products in the same price range? Can't beat the value of a good ibanez Playability How was the action out of the box? Set right around factory action out of box around 2.2mm on bass side, which for most players is considered "high". any guitar coming in the mail will likely need a good setup anyway. After i set this up and leveled a couple frets, it's great. Set under 2.0mm, no buzzing. The Tight end bridge is well thought out - easy to set up!

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? The guitar's craftsmanship is on par with The Ibanez Prestige guitars.I have read that some of the Japanese luthiers oversee the Premium Factory in Indonesia. So it is very well made to great detail all the way down to the fret edges to awsome paint job. General Your general opinion of this product. Can't ask for better than this. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? The Dimarzio/IBZ pickups are great. Neck pickup is bright sounding. the bridge is warmer sounding.they are made in NY factory. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Paint job is awsome.nice ninja black color. The Ibanez logo is made out of Abolone and the same for Dot markers.
Awesome guitar!

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? The build quality is outstanding. Feels very fast and rock solid. There was no loose tuning pegs or fret issues. General Your general opinion of this product. This guitar is amazing for the price, it plays just as well as any prestige. This is my main guitar, I'm in a touring band and this thing is awesome you feel like you get every bit of what you paid for and then some. Tuning stablity and the quality of a guitar like this is hard to come by and Ibanez did a great job on all fronts with this model. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? It has a very thick tone and the pickups are fairly hot. It's very tight sounding and punchy low end. The highs are clear but not too bright. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? No flaws at all in the paint. The black is pretty classic looking.
