Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It is very well made you have to look closely to see the joint for the neck. It's very very smooth and clean. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I haven't had it but a week so I'm not sure. Overall Your general opinion of this product. Avery well made guitar, finish and playability 4 out of 5 Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? It's balanced well with a fast neck. It's more of a lead guitar than a rythm. I say this because it tends to buzz with open chords. But the bar chords are fine Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Neck and bridge are nice clean and smooth. All the other positions are thin and weak. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The finish is flawless. All inlays are perfect. Action How was the action out of the box? I needed to lower it a bit for my own tastes, but not bad right out of the box.

Just arrived yesterday, can't comment, but my others have been perfect. Overall Your general opinion of this product. This is my 14th Ibanez, and is one of the best for the money! Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Light weight, snappy feel. Action is quite low, bends are great, fast runs and sweeps are great. Neck is thinner than I expected compared to my RGT and Artist series. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Very strat-like. Elsewhere someone has suggested replacing the humbucker with a Super Distortion, and I may give that a shot. Nothing "wrong" with the stock "TruDuo" though. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Flawless! Beautiful! Action How was the action out of the box? No adjustment needed, but there is a touch of fret buzz, although it does not translate through the amp.
