The frets are a true compliment to the neck and string interface. The mahogany body with maple top sheet, in my experience, produces a sharp attack with nice sustain and low end to the sound. The pickups grab that sound and throw it at your ears. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The charcoal stain is great. A true beauty. The only issue I can see is on the back near the access panel: the lacquer coverage is a bit off, but not enough to send it back. The neck is satin smooth with no lacquer, sanded to perfection.

However, with a slight change in my technique, I was able to produce a smooth attack and overall sound. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Fantastic!
