Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
ok, it's made out of plywood which is not one of the best woods for musical instruments. i believe most of the cheaper quality guitars are made out of plywood, however, the spalted mango veneer makes it look good and it does play and sound good.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
i know it's gonna last me a long time unless i el-kabong someone with it. i don't see that happening though
General
Your general opinion of this product.
nice sounding, good looking uke, with handy on board electronics/tuner. easy and fun to play. i wish i would have got the "new lower price" though and i missed the cutoff point for the refund. the only other thing i was unhappy with was the crummy gig bag ibanez included. it's not much better than a zip lock bag. c'mon ibanez, for the price you pay, you could do alot better. i'll be ordering a new, better case from AMS as soon as they get more in and if i can win a gift card.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
it's easy to play once you get a chord chart and learn the positions. it's handy to carry on trips when you don't want to lug around a big acoustic guitar and is just loud enough to have fun with.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
the sound plugged in is very good and the controls are easy to adjust
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
it's a spalted mango veneer over plywood. it looks good but i doubt if it really makes the thing sound any better, but it sure looks good.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
the action, for me anyway, was good out of the box.

The Spalted Mango Body seems pretty solid and projects the
sound quite well. As long as its taken care of I'm confident that it will last for years to come.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Just received mine less than a week ago, but it seems to be made sturdy providing that its cared for. Plus, it comes with a nicely fitting and padded gig bag.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
Beautiful, well crafted, easy and fun to play.
In fact, it can be hard to put it down.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Very light. The Mahogany Neck and Rosewood Bridge feel very playable, no fret issues.
The UK300T ukulele preamp controls are easily accessible.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Rich and balanced both unplugged and plugged in.
The UK300T ukulele preamp is equipped with a
volume control and 2-band EQ for adjusting bass and treble evenly.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
The Spalted Maple finish on mine is a little brighter than the item pictured here, but I find myself liking it more and more every time I look at it or play it.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
The action out of the box was great, and tuned pretty quick and easy.
