Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? This is a great product. I've never had a crash or failure of any kind. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? Unbelieveable amount of features. You can do amazing things to each and every available sound. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? Pretty easy to use. I'm not an expert with computer based music applications but I've been able to do more than I thought I could. My only complaint is with IK Multimedia's authorization process. I own Sampletank, a Stealthpedal and several versions of Amplitube and their scheme for registering the software isn't exactly smooth. It can be a pain to get it all working but once you get it going it is great. Value Was this item an overall good value? I also got this during their big promotion ealier this year. I got A LOT for my money. With available "Re-tank" expansion packs there is no limit to the genres you can work with. Appearance Appearance This is the only con as far as I'm concerned. There is no full screen mode. You can't expand the view or change the resolution. I'm old and it can be hard to read. You can change the color scheme, which helps a lot but it is very limited as far as being able to change the appearance of the program.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It works great, but has not been updated for a while and I was not sure if it would function on Win7 64. It does fine, not one problem and in no way is it slow or cpu hungry. Just be sure and use an ASIO driver before using it, DirectX is a total failure. (ASIO4ALL is free.) Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? The add-ons are incredible, there's so much to put into this thing. I added SampleTron, Miroslav Philharmonic and 9 Xpansion Pack modules. One important thing is the sounds are much better when you used them, instead of listening to them in web demos. For example the Miroslav sounds are the highest quality range, where on the web they are ugly classical sounds. Sampletron is really exciting if you like retro styles. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? The screen is a little hard to read from a distance and the window stays one size. But I like how there are no extra windows or pages to work on, everything stays on one page. There's no manual and the menu bar has only 2 options. Value Was this item an overall good value? Got this during 15yr company celebration. The deals were all amazing. I'd keep a watch on IK for more specials as time goes by. IK has to be the coolest music company on the planet. Appearance Appearance The look is kind of dated, I'd think a company like IK could do better in the art department.
