I've been patiently waiting to purchase this product not sure I wanted to pay the steep 400 but after purchasing I regret waiting. Being a hardware guy I was never really sold on VST's, but if there are more like this I'll consider converting. Aside from some lag in loading (might be my hdd) the sounds are beautiful. The Rhodes and EP's are classic and quality recreations. The pianos are ok, I still prefer my motif pianos. All in all a great product.

I've been wanting to use Keyscape for a long time, since Larry Fast (Synergy) personally recommended Soundscape, but my investment has gone more toward hardware synths. However, since the death of my beloved Kurzweil 2600, I've been unhappy with the Piano and EP software I've been using. Now, with Keyscape,which I bought this month, I can actually hear the piano, ep and clavinet in my mix without laying tons of compression on my other software pianos. Bright, loud, accurate, and great. If you love keyboards, then Keyscape will cover all your piano needs.

I purchased this software for my husband after getting my son to contact his best friend to find out what his interests were. Each year, he always seems to guess what gift me and the kids got for him, but I was determined that this year would be different. Back in May 2021, one of his closest cousins passed away due to cancer. He did a song with him some years ago that he thought was lost. When he loaded this software, he was able to have access to the sounds in the song again, and hear his cousin’s voice! It was the most amazing and priceless gift we could give him. And these plugins are phenomenal!!! I mean it makes everything sound like the actual instrument. I promise anyone using this software would not be disappointed!!!

Oh my God!! This to me is the next level of piano. I bought this a few days ago and it took my cheap piano sounds to the level of an expensive piano. The thick sounds and the the huge variety of sounds is insane. All I can say is may all the completion against Spectradonic Keyscape Rest In Peace.

There is no other software-based Keyboard plugin with as many quintessential keyboard sounds for modern and classic music.
Keyscape hasn't a single throw away sound. The raw, natural Yamaha C7 patches are second only to Synthogy's Ivory II. But Ivory II doesn't have all the Fender Rhodes, Wurlitzers, Glockenspiels, Clavinets, Celestes, Dulcitones or beautiful oddities such as the Mini pianos, Toy pianos, Clavichords, Harpsichords, and Harmochords.
The tone blending capabilities are incredible.
Being able to blend say a C7 Piano with MKS EP or the aforementioned C7 with a Fender Rhodes is simply fantastic. The tweaking capabilities are very nice, but not necessary to get a great sound "straight out of the box". Keyscape is worth every penny, and I would highly recommend it to any musician serious about getting perfect keyboard sounds for live performance or recording!

I see why people talk about keyscapes, after I purchased Omnisphere, the expansion inside of Omnisphere is killer. The sound selection, the user ability and big sound quality. Native instruments Kontakt is no where near the sound quality of Spectrasonics Keyscape, cop it without question!!!

I have owned Spectrasonics plugins from the beginning of the company. I love stylist rmx and omnisphere have always had a spot on 90% of my productions. Than came Trilian and it’s genius, great collection of bass Keyscape was the one a held back for a long time. Since I have other keyboards with great pianos however as a plug-in I was using UVI Model D acoustic piano and it sounds great in the mixes it feels great playing it or I thought so... till I compared it with keyscape. OMG the C7 Classical is just beautiful. All the electric pianos the LA Rhodes and the Classic Rhodes are the best there is. Probably better than the real thing. The other collection of keyboards is interesting. Not sure if it’s very useful but it’s all about creativity. The only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t find a way to do multis like you do in omnisphere however. Since keyscape sounds load up in omnisphere that is not a problem. I do recommend keyscape and frankly I wish I had gotten it sooner. In Omnisphere I made a multi patch with the upright bass (trilian) keyscape C7 classical, omnisphere string pad and wow! There is nothing better.

Keyscape is THE best piano library I’ve ever tried. I had been wanting to get this for a while but the price was a big barrier of entry. I finally got it and WOW! Somehow they’re able to sample the warmth and low end of the instruments without making it muddy. It’s also not too clean either. It’s perfect. I’ve tried several other libraries 3rd party and stock Logic Pro patches. There are levels to this. Keyscape makes those stock and 3rd patches feel amateur for the most part. It’s feels like a real piano/keyboard with the response you get at different velocities. There is not one sound in here that feels weak. Everything feels premium. I like the large amount of presets because I don’t want to have to tweak sounds but there is just enough control here to allow me to get where I want to be. If you’re on the fence, don’t think about it. Just buy it (assuming rent and electricity are paid ??).

I've been working with mostly stock sounds in Logic and a few plugins. I purchased it because I was working on a big project and needed fuller sounds. I've had it for a couple of months. The patches in Keyscape are next level! Includes all industry standard Pianos, and E. Pianos. Even 80's and 90's sounds. In addition to the stock sounds, you have the ability to layer the sounds and create your own magic. Definitely worth the investment!

I did a lot of research on this software/plugin before purchasing, and it was talked up highly...well it lived up to the hype.
Endless different kinds of pianos, and the such. And not only that, there is a list of combo pianos, as far as two different pianos merged into one new sound.
Slide from the vast sea of sounds that come preloaded, each piano has many knobs and dials that allow you to customize the sound to be something totally or slightly different....everything from reverb, to envelope, to whether or not you hear the sound of the keys being pressed and released hammers hitting etc..or how much of it you hear.
High quality sounds,everytime I load it up, I find a sound I want to use and am instantly inspired. It can be a little heavy on the cpu usage, if you add in multiple instances of it, but nothing that caused it to crash or anything. My favorite sounds are the dark, dirty ones, which some have the capability of adding some vinyl effect too...makes for some interesting sounds...I highly suggest this product, definitely worth the money.

I'm extremely impressed with Keyscape. It's what I've been looking for. I have a 32 track digital studio. I use Harrison Mix Bus 32c multitrack DAW. The authentic professionally sampled keyboards in Keyscape are by far the top of the line. I use an M-Audio Keystation 88 weighted controller keyboard and it's like I'm sitting at a Baldwin concert piano, Rhodes 88 or Wurlitzer electric piano. I highly recommend Keyscape if you want the ultimate realistic sampled software.

As a musician, I have not seen anything like this before. I had concerns in regards to software instruments; latency, sound, and variety; being trained classically may have made me a bit picky. However, Keyscape exceeded all of my expectations. In my 16 years of playing piano, I have seen several attempts by software to mimic, 1-to-1, the sound of a physical instrument, but none have accomplished this to the degree that Keyscape has.
As a producer/engineer, it is often difficult to find virtual instruments that sound great right out of the box. Keyscape takes the guesswork out of finding the right sounds. The tone of each patch is exactly what it’s supposed to be, and I genuinely believe I’ve found the last VST keys I’ll ever need.

Keyscape is my go to plugin for pianos and they also pack a lot of power in the electric piano area as well. there is way more sounds in this plugin than I expected, definitely more than just piano. Excellent purchase! Thanks to American Musical Supply for making it happen sooner than I could afford

Keyscape is definitely worth the investment. From the piano to the Rhodes to the other obscure keyboard instruments, Eric Persing and Spectrasonics nailed it. The thinning feature is a great one because of it lessens the workload off of your computer while still having the integrity of the full sound of the patches. You can also change the velocity based on whatever keyboard you want. I'm definitely sold on Keyscape! It's worth every penny!

This software is first rate all the way! I can't praise it or Spectrosinics enough (more later). Whether for cinematic scoring, to add the pep of absolute authenticity to a soulful track of any genre, or to have the best keyboards at your beck-and-call on stage, this is hands down the best one stop software ever! Usually there are one or two throwaway patches, but these are so meticulously sampled that every instrument has a context anywhere or will cause you to create a niche just to showcase them all! The instruments feel so organic and... alive! I have been trying to recreate my old tubed Wurli 720 for years in other libraries and for the first time... nailed it! This is a must have for any serious studio, budget conscious (with Easy Payment Plans Too!!!), or just a musician who wants a roster of superior quality instruments a mouse click away. I had one issue when upgrading my system and OS, I contacted Spectrosonics' customer support & that same day I had a reply and solution. For an all around quality experience look no further!

Spectrasonics has a top notch reputation for publishing high quality sound design tools, and Keyscape is no exception. The attention to detail used to sample each instrument is amazing.
If you own Omnisphere, then you gain the ability to use Keyscape as a satellite instrument within Omnisphere.
