Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Well made and REALLY light weight because of the reduced speaker weight. JBL gear will last for years provided you don't overly abuse it. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? Use a pair by themselves for small gigs where you just have vocals. Put it on top a single 18" cab (with the optional pole) or dual 18" cab(s) for bigger gigs and power it with good Crown or QSC amps and enjoy the clarity. These 515's will fit in the back seat of a mid size/samll car. Did I say they were lightweight?? PS. I bought a pair of the MRX525 dual 15's @ AMS and between those two (plus a good pair of subs) I'm set for years to come. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? Plug it into a good quality amp and that's it (don't forget - these use the Speakon conectors not 1/4"). Works best in a bi-amp situation but for small gigs (just for vocals), I use them stand alone. Sound How is its Tone? Superb - it's JBL MRX series - 'nuff said. People do comment on the CLEAN sound. Use a good amp, though.
