This thing is SOLID! With the heaviest of mics this stand will not sag, tip or move. Locks into place and stays where you need it. Don't risk damaging your valuable mics or kicking them over. Also has very low noise transfer through floor vibrations. Solid 10!

Heavy duty,very,very well made...
It's weight,it's tensioning knobs(the size cheaper ones have smaller,and are harder to use)The weight is important so the stand stays where you put it...
Simple as 123,now how easy is that ??
I did use it in a drum solo and the tone was nice....
