Product Review I had never played a Korg Krome before, but I’m so glad that I took a chance on it. It is so amazing! I love the sounds on it. The pianos and synth pad sounds, effects and organ sounds definitely cut through the mix. Already played it at a band rehearsal and an audition for another band. Everyone who’s heard it is blown away and so am I. Anyone who plays in a rock band definitely needs something like this. And it is very easy to carry around. Very compact and convenient for playing in small spaces, the Korg Krome rocks!

Product Review Been on the fence for many years, about buying the Krome...great pianos,e.pianos & drums...but 2.8GB's of the PCM data is devoted to just the pianos, which doesn't leave much PCM content for the other acoustic sounds and synth,so I was concerned about the quality.Also...the Krome has been plagued with various tech issues, such as performance issues, screen freezes and noise issues like distortion. However...the Krome has been on the market for 5 years,so with the launch of the Limited Edition Platinum keyboards,I had assumed these issues were resolved...but this is not the case. I had my Krome 73 Platinum for 6 days,& when I turned it on and as the OS was booting up,I got an error message on my screen, that said; "System Error 216." I then made 2 more attempts to boot up,but still received the error message. As I read through the KorgForum threads,I discovered that legions of other Korg users, were having similar problems and it was all due to Korg using a low grade micro SD card on the mothe

Product Review This is a great 'entry' workstation. I am not a fan of the keybed, or the external power transformer, but the good far outweighs the bad for sure. The sounds are great, endlessly tweakable, and a great value at this price point. The keys are not great, but they get the job done. If you are a pro player, this may be problematic, but I gig all the time and have been using this as a backup, and it gets the job done. Very user friendly. The touchscreen makes navigation easy. The sounds may not have the texture of the Kronos, but you can really get some deep and robust sounds using Combi's. See Features Again, the keys are not great. Not terrible, but not great. This is an incredible vale for the money. I just with Korg would have upped the price another 150 bucks or so and put in a great keybed.
