Value Was this item an overall good value? I think this is an awesome value. I bought it mostly for the Vocoder which is of a really high quality. I was very impressed with the Polysynth, Bass, and Lead sounds that were in as presets. The bonus with this synth is that it has a very cool arpegiator built in to it that can be applied to all sounds. Very cool for under $500. Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Quality is pretty good. You would definitley want a hardshell case to take this out to gigs. Key action is good for leads and it is extremely easy to use and get up and running quickly. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? I like all of the features with exception to the genre knob. I am ok with how the bass, lead, and vocoder banks have been separated and the A/B switch is even fine. I would prefer that the sound type have larger banks but I suppose it doesn't take long to learn where your go to sounds are and there is a nice LED screen there to read which patch is up. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? Very easy to use. Plug it in and away you go. Very straight forward and easy to edit with the downloadable software. Manual is helpful for hardware features and software manual is on-line. Software editor is great and easy to use. Sound How is the tone? Sound quality is great. Bass quality is fat. Synth sounds are punishing. I am very happy with quality of sounds. Exceeded my expectations actually.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? I wouldn't throw it off a building or anything but this product is made well. It has a lot of sound capability packed into it's small housing. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? I believe this product is purpose built for the tasks it serves. One plus is that it is portable and can run off of batteries. Another plus is that it can be operated by MIDI and the patches can be edited via USB. Those features alone make this a valuable tool in my home studio. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? I was able to take this right out of the box and integrate it into my studio setup in no time. Just hook up a power adapter and either headphones or a pair of 1/4" instrument cables to your sound source and your up and running. Sound How is the tone? From strictly a sound point of view, I'd say this product is on par with other keyboard/synths on the market. I tend to write and produce rock/metal music and some of the tones on here aren't as well suited for the style. I consider that to be a plus because it has versatility for many types of music projects. I found a couple of preset patches that I am very excited to work into my studio recordings. There is one bass preset that helped me realize how awesome my studio monitors really are. Pictures fell off of the walls. Value Was this item an overall good value? I believe this product is priced fairly. One could speculate that it's compact size would lead to a smaller price tag, however it's features make the price very reasonable.
