Great Balanced Headphones
By: JP from Seattle, WA, USA
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
The quality is great. They have just enough ambient noise reduction without creating that feeling of your ear drums being sucked in (IE: Active Noise Cancelling Phones). The bass is not exaggerated like Hi-fi headphones so they are definitely solid for mixing and tracking. The sound is comparitive to the ATHM40FS by Audio Technica, but are a little brighter, and they have an 1/8" connector with adapter. Overall, a very solid build.
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
Detachable cable is the only feature worth noting outside of normal headphones.
Ease of Use
How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be?
Very easy. Just make sure detachable cord is inserted completely, and locked.
Was this item an overall good value?
Great value for it's price range. Although I use tuned monitors, I can reference tracks on these well. I noticed that these bring out a lot of detail in the higher end of the spectrum for mixing, and they also have a natural stereo field.
