Yes, all of the serious music producers & beat makers I know have at least 1 pair of these (sizes vary) & they all speak highly of them. I have other Studio Monitors and decided to add a pair of these. I am pleased with my purchase so far. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? The fact that you can adjust the Volume & High Frequency levels is great as well as the fact that you can utilize XLR, TRS or Balanced for hookup. " some type of speaker grill accessory to protect the woofer would be nice " Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? Not much to figure out, take em out the box, hook em up,(place them in near-field positioning if using for monitoring) adjust the volume & high frequency levels to your liking & enjoy the crisp clean sound! Sound How is its Tone? They are very accurate, when I listen to my mixes through only these monitors I am pretty confident that what I am hearing is a reliable representation of what the finished product might actually sound like. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Haven't had them that long but I know people who have had them for years, they encouraged me to make my purchase & assured me I wouldn't regret it. You can get just about any sound you would ever need. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Owned for about 4 months and these are still in the condition that they were when I got them. Still sounding good. I use daily. Overall Your general opinion of this product. I got these with a package deal on the Boss BR0-1600CD thinking I would replace them when I received them. I was really surprised. These speakers are really good quality and The sound is very full. I use them a lot out of my recorder to make my videos while playing the backing track out of these baby's. I originally wanted a digital speaker set but these speakers are worth keeping a while cause they do the job very well.
Probably the best value for the money in this category of monitoring.

I've only had these for a short time, but based on other reviews, I am not worried about this. They are built rock solid. Overall Your general opinion of this product. Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? On average these monitors constructed well and are better then most in dependability. However, as with other speakers having no front grill, in your excitement be careful not to press in the tweeter or woofer when removing them from the box packaging. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? The best feature is the flat clear reproduction of your music in the high, mid, and low frequency range. The front firing bass port delivered more bass than I exspected. The HF level adjust knob on the back is a plus. You can't beat the price or the quality, however, the addition of a volume peak meter on front of the unit would be nice to have. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? KRKs easily connect to your DAW with multiple inputs to suit your needs. The crystal clear frequency range of these speakers is exceptional. Hookup was a no brainer and the Sound How is its Tone? The high, mids, and lows come through just fine. I play jazz, r&B, hip-hop, and orchestrations and these monitors reproduce great giving you the ability to hear all the instruments clearly without coloring anything. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I've only had my KRKs for a short time, but they handle well even though the temperature in my room goes from very cool to warm sometimes, it doesn't seem to affect the sound quality. Overall Your general opinion of this product. I researched and compared these monitors to a few others and listened to them at a local store and found that they stood out from the rest. Considering the quality of these monitors, it was money well spent. These KRKs would make a great addition to any studio setup.

I hear the sound as its intended allowing me ti get a better mix. Heavy for its size. Looking at the construction of the enclosures and the materials used in the speakers themselves, I suspect that they will be very dependable. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? I like the aramid glass fiber woofer. No distortion in the bottom end. Solid and pure. The ferro fluid silk tweeters are crisp and real without adding harshness. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? How easy is it to hook-up these speakers? Can you plug in a 1/4 inch balanced plug, XLR or RCA plug? You have options! Sound How is its Tone? The sound is impressive: accurate with no coloration with plenty of power if you need to hear your mix that way for perspective. I played Maynard Ferguson blowing A Night in Tunisia from Live from London and Maynard's solo was up in the mix with power and nuance and no hint of crossover distortion. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I can't say just yet as I have had them only a few weeks, but based on their solid construction and with proper care, I suspect I'll be enjoying them for quite some time. Overall Your general opinion of this product. It's a great begginer tool. But as with anything in the audio realm, BIGGER IS BETTER! Larger size speakers are manditory for reproducing those lows. Also a flatter frequency responce, I noticed these tend to color your sound in the low mids.

I use a pair of RKR 5's with my home Korg M3. The field of sound is far more limited than high-end monitors, which can be expected. I wish I'd gone with the Rokit 6 after listening to these for several weeks; the bass end seems lacking. I wish the power buttons had been located in the front. For home use, a self-shutoff feature would have been nice. Sound How is its Tone? For 5" speakers, it's acceptable. I think there is more show in the yellow speakers than the sound. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Thus far (3 weeks), they are standing up fine. Overall Your general opinion of this product. Decent for low-end, but if I had $100 more to spend, I'd have gotten the Rokit 6 for better coverage in the low Hz.

They are easily a match for a pair of NS10s. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? Super easy to set up. Plug in, set stepped volume knob to matching volumes, go. Sound How is its Tone? These monitors do a great job of painting an accurate picture of what's happening in the music, especially at lower volumes. The stereo image is quite breathtaking. Reliability How has it stood up over time? They are well built and a lot heavier than I expected. The drivers are serious business. Overall Your general opinion of this product. Great sound in general. They start to thin out below 100Hz and generally have a somewhat scooped lower midrange, which flatters most music.
