Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? There are no rough edges, no signs of glue, and the stain and striping are all well done. Reliability How has it stood up over time? In three weeks of daily plucking, it's doing great. If it was a chicken, it'd be bald by now, but the LU21 is begging for more. Overall Your general opinion of this product. In spite of the low, introductory price, the LU21 feels like a fine musical instrument, and therefore is a good value. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Everything about it feels fine. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Acoustically speaking, it has a very nice sound. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? It flat out looks good, and people notice it in the room. Action How was the action out of the box? Solid feel. Maybe the strings are a bit on the soft side, but I'm not an expert. It sounded good once I tuned her up.
