Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? In my estimation this guitar strap is made VERRRRY well...and is HIGHLY dependable. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I've had it for a few months, and it's fit and finish has held up TREMENDOUSLY WELL. Overall Your general opinion of this product. My ONE drawback for THIS strap is IT'S SHORT. If you are a 6' tall or taller male...with a few extra pounds...FORGET IT. An acoustic guitar will be up around your neck, and an electric will be a bit lower...I'm 6'2...I'm not a heavy weight, but I could stand to lose about 20...I ordered this strap for a guitar I was having made...it took 2 1/2 months for me to get the guitar, but I ordered the strap LONG before...due to my excitement over the guitar. When I finally put guitar to strap...I had to lower the extension belt to the LAST adjusting slot. And I just didn't trust it. All I wanted to do was exchange it...but I had it at that point almost 3 months. So I had to call Levy's. THEY sent me an extension piece that was about a foot longer...and THAT made the strap just right. NOW...I WOULD RATE THE STRAP AS A 5 STAR STRAP. BUT YOU GOTTA GET THAT EXTENSION. WHICH MAKES IT AWKWARD. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? IT FEELS VERRRRY COMFORTABLE NOW. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? LOL...N/A. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The stain is BEAUTIFUL...the finish on the strap is smooth and the strap is tough as nails. (pardon the cliche') Action How was the action out of the box? NOT good...it needed work.
