I have a 300, and a 700 -- and they both have been rock solid (although the neck on the 300 is not wide enough for real players). Overall Your general opinion of this product. The Model Selector Knob is activated by holding it down for 2.5 seconds, or until it starts blinking... a little confusing, because sometimes it doesn't blink. Tone Bright and snappy? Controls are easy to access - although I've found it hard to turn on/off the dsp accurately everytime - depressing the knob is sometimes hit or miss. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Again - I love the candy-apple red finish. Looks great. No scratches or dents that I can see. The white pickguard makes a nice contrast. Action How was the action out of the box? The string action out of the box was higher than I like. I took the provided allen wrench and lowered the action a bit. Plays pretty nice now.
