Only a few weeks but seems solid and being in my setup which does not travel no probs there but looks like it can take some abuse, it is heavier to one side though. Overall Your general opinion of this product. Overall very nice the artist presets are spot on and they make it that you can dial in a sound very quickly so at home makes it easy to be lazy. My only complaint is that the presets are not on the same volume so some presets are quiet and the next is too loud it would have been nice to maintain a solid volume when switching Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Seems to be built pretty heavy duty. The sucker is almost 40 pounds and the pedal board is metal and not plastic like some other boards. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I've only had it a couple of months, so I don't know yet. Overall Your general opinion of this product. I love this head. I was using a small P.A. head before and it sounded ok, but I got this along with the pedal board and I'm in love. I set my own sounds and I was able to set aside all of my single pedals. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? It's very easy to control and set your own sounds as long as you're using the USB connection that's on the pedal. The head itself doesn't have the USB connection and I'm not sure if it can hook up to the computer with the ethernet cable. Works great on my Mac, so I'm sure it will work on a Windows PC as well. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Everything you could want, pitch dives, pitch shifting, harmonizer. I have settings for drop tuning. I have it set up for 1/2 step down, and a full step down for both clean and distorted tones. This way I don't have to worry about tuning my guitars down every time my band does a song that requires a dropped tuning. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? How dependable? definitely well made and hopefully as dependable as all my other line 6 products Reliability How has it stood up over time? only had it a month but if its as dependable as my original spider, it will last a long time..got my first spider in 1999 and it's still rockin' and gigging regularly.. Overall Your general opinion of this product. after sending one defective unit back,the replacement i recieved kicks butt..all in all, this is as close to a flextone head as you'll ever get unless you find an orininal flextone somewhere.. I baby this amp due to it's weak feel. Overall Your general opinion of this product. Overall I give it a 4. Good all around amp with tonal options provided your pickups are jacked. Well built for what it's built from. Large corner guards help if you're extra careless. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Feels like a head...one that is off balance. Weighted heavier on one side due to the construction of the actual amp. Great handle. Tone is whatever you want it to be as long as it is just short of tube beef(Not the 3lb of hamburger you find at value grocery stores). Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Well made, but for a beginner or whoever I say make a nice sounding amp which is great clean, then make a moderatley simple OD Drive & dist. I just feel all the presets are silly, if you can dial them up yourselves most likely youll find a tone you like that way & the money they save on removing the presets they can put a preamp tube in Reliability How has it stood up over time? I bought this cause it had a nice price, I think they are barking up the wrong tree with some of the features, thats not why I chose it, in addtion to the nice price I got it for, it has some decent tones Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? I just picked this up for Christmas and so far I am pretty satisfued with it. If your not into reading the manual, it probably isn't for you. It does require a little effort to figure this thing out.
