The clarity, well it is a 3 way speaker and the problem with most speakers is the vocals get lost somewhere between the horn and the woofer, with the line 6 you have a separate powered speaker for vocals. It is truly amazing. And the best thing is that they sound great even at a low volume. It is easy to get a speaker to sound good when yo pump the volume to it . Yet this is the best yet for versatility. They also have a great reverb and the guitar modeler a feedback supressor that actually works and the best is the MOD control is the best it actually adds so much presence. There are many monitors in the range of more than this speakers, but I can assure you they don't even come close. Believe me! I have Mackies, Behringer, Roland, KRK, Peavey, and many more and nothing comes ever close to this. You may say, hey, but you can not mix with PA speaker, with this ones you can.
