Good Set For The Kids
Quality:
This kit is well put together as expected from Ludwig. Keep in mind that you will have to buy cymbals and sticks as they are not included. You will also want to buy some better heads.
Features:
It would be nice if this package actually came with the cymbals that are pictured.
Sound:
Sounds good for a small kit. REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A KIT FOR YOUTHS SO IT IS A 3/4 SIZE!!!!!
Overall:
Bought it for my Son's birthday and he loves it. It is easy for the beginning teen to get behind and rock from initial set up. You must know something about tuning drums as it comes in pieces and requires full assembly.
Value:
If you are looking for a first set for the younger teens or pre-teens, this kit really can't be beat. It is a great starter kit.
Appearance:
Beautiful finish and holds up nicely to the young thrashers!

Quality:
For the price and line of drums they are , I think you get what you pay for here, nothing fancy the finish on the shell is like a pvc or plastic and the metal lugs and tom mounts are made of very thin metal , But thats what you get on o lower line kit these days.
Ease of Use:
If you know how to set up drums this is all standard, You have to install the heads on all of the drums, No big deal
Sound:
Has a nice sound with better heads
Value:
It is a good drum kit for the money but the hardware that comes with it is not worth taking out of the box. I purchased this kit for a project "A to E Conversion" for the drum sizes.
Durability:
This kit seems built well, only thing i seen that could be changed would be the Tom Tom mounting plate on the kick drum ( The plate under the mount ) Is made of a very thin metal and allows movement when the Toms are mounted, lets the base shell flex a good amount.
